Straight Up Greek

Ingredients:


— 1 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

Serve:


— In a shot glass, room temperature or chilled


Greek on Ice

Ingredients:


— 2 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

— Ice

Serve:


— In a rocks glass over ice


Greek Style Old Fashioned

Ingredients:


— 1.5 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

— 0.5 oz Amaro Averna liqueur

— 0.25 oz Biscotti liqueur/Bacardi Oakheart spiced rum

— 1 dash orange bitters

— Orange zest

Serve:


— Add all ingredients in a mixing glass

— Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube and garnish


Greek Mule

Ingredients:


— 2 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

— Ginger syrup

— Lime

— 1 dash Angostura bitters

— Ginger beer

— Mint sprig

Serve:


— Add all ingredients in shaker

— Quick shake

— Pour into a mule mug over crushed ice and garnish


Martini and Greek

Ingredients:


— 1.5 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

— 0.5 oz Apple liqueur

— 0.5 oz Lemon juice

— 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup

— Apple fan garnish

Serve:


— Add all ingredients in a shaker

— Shake thoroughly

— Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish


Greeks in Manhattan

Ingredients:


— 1.5 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

— 0.75 oz Metaxa 12 Star amber spirit/Hennessy cognac/Rémy Martin cognac

— 0.75 oz sweet vermouth

— 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

— 2 dashes cherry bark vanilla bitters

— Orange zest garnish

Serve:


— Add all ingredients in mixing glass

— Stir

— Strain into serving glass and garnish


Mykonos Sunset

Ingredients:


— 1.5 oz Greek Lightning™ Honey Liqueur

— 0.5 oz aperol

— 5 grapes (muddled)

— 2 basil leaves

— 0.5 oz simple syrup

— 0.5 oz lime juice

Serve:


— Muddle grapes

— Combine all ingredients in a shaker

— Shake and strain into chilled champagne glass

— Garnish with basil leaf/crushed black pepper

— Use frozen grapes for ice cubes if desired
